The deposit is deductible from the final invoice and must be received within 24 hours (2 business days for bank transfers) from the booking request. Otherwise, the reservation will not be confirmed.
Payment of the deposit implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. Upon receipt of the deposit, a confirmation email will be sent to the client.
The reservation is personal and may not, even partially, benefit any third party (individual or legal entity).
In case of a request for an extra bed, the cost is not included in the booking and will be added to the final bill.

Any partial or full cancellation must be made by email or mail and is only effective once confirmed by the owner.
• If the cancellation occurs more than 14 days before arrival: the deposit is refunded.
• If the cancellation occurs less than 14 days before arrival: the deposit is retained.
• If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before arrival: the deposit is retained and the full cost of the stay is due.

Article 8 – Cancellation by the Owner
